Cycocel® adds nurseries, shadehouses to label

Our plant growth regulator (PGR) Cycocel has undergone a label expansion. Previously, only greenhouse growers could use Cycocel. The label expansion allows for Cycocel to be used on containerized ornamentals in shadehouses and nurseries. In addition, the new label contains more specific rate information for Cycocel used alone or in combination with B-Nine®, another OHP PGR.The Cycocel-B-Nine tank mix has long been an industry standard. Overall, it’s a much more comprehensive label than in the past. Growers will notice that use rates and limits have been slightly altered from previous Cycocel labels so they should consult the new label before applying. Cycocel maintains a 12-hour Restricted Entry Interval (REI) and Caution signal word.
