Pylon® - Miticide
For use on ornamental crops grown in commercial greenhouses.
Rate: 2.6 fl. oz. - 5.2 fl. oz. per 100 gallons
Signal Word: Caution REI: 12 hours
Pylon is a member of the new class of miticides known as Pyrroles. With good contact and stomach activity, its mode of action is different from the miticide classes available today.
Pylon works well as a rotational miticide for the control of Spider mites including Two-spotted spider mite, Broad mite, Cyclamen mite, Rust mite and others. Pylon should be applied in combination with other effective miticides/insecticides with a different mode of action when used in a subsequent crop in the same greenhouse structure. Do not store below 32° F or in direct sunlight or heat. Always read the label.
Note: With the many new varieties and cultivars it is wise to test each for phytotoxcity before doing large areas if there is no local experience.
